Do I need a company in Europe?
No. You sell into Spain, Portugal and Lithuania through Fennec Ship. We handle the warehouse, the delivery and the cash collection.
Which platforms work with Fennec Ship?
Your own Fennec Ship store pages, our Shopify app, and Google Sheets imports. Orders from all of them land in one console.
Do you call my customers?
Yes. Every order is confirmed by phone by native agents in Spanish, Portuguese or English before it ships.
Can you source products for me?
Yes. Send a link or a photo. Our team in China finds the factory, quotes the cost delivered to each warehouse and inspects the goods.
Do I get a dashboard to follow my orders?
Yes. The Fennec Ship console shows every order, call, parcel, stock level, ad and payout, live.
Which products do you refuse?
Products that are illegal, dangerous or restricted for shipping in the destination market. Restricted categories are flagged when you add a product.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Spain, Portugal and Lithuania today, each from a warehouse in the country.
How fast is delivery?
24–48 hours across Spain. In Portugal and Lithuania we ship with the national carriers.
How do returns work?
Refused or returned parcels come back to the warehouse, are checked and are put back into stock when they are in good condition.
How do I send stock to the warehouse?
Book an inbound in the console. We receive it, count it and you see the stock as soon as it is on the shelf.
When do I get paid?
Every Thursday. You get a statement with the cash collected, the fees and your payout.
How is billing calculated?
You pay for what is used: fulfilment, delivery and call-center per order. Your quote shows the fees for each market before you start.
Who pays for my ads?
Ads run in your own Facebook and Instagram ad account and Meta bills you directly. Fennec Ship never resells ad spend.
