What Fennec Ship keeps from Facebook and Instagram

• An encrypted access token from Facebook Login for Business.
• Your Facebook user id and name, and the ids and names of the ad account, page, pixel and Instagram account you selected.
• Instagram messages, postbacks and ad referrals sent to the Instagram account you connected, so you can answer them in Fennec Ship.

How to delete it

• In Fennec Ship: open Marketing → Facebook ads and click Disconnect. The token and your selections are deleted immediately.
• On Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Fennec Ship and remove it. Facebook notifies us and we delete the token, your selections and the Instagram messages linked to your account.
• By email: write to support@fennecship.com from your account email. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we may keep

Order records and invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Ads already published in your own ad account stay in your Meta account; you manage or delete them in Meta Ads Manager.
